Craig Schweighoffer is the man behind ECOYA. A combination of the words, Ecological and Soya, the new brand was born to bring you a range of Eco-Luxe products.
ECOYA was nurtured on the shores of Botany Bay, the very same shores where in 1770, Joseph Banks catalogued the 100's of rich botanicals of the area. It was because of Banks' persistence that the first landfall in Australia was aptly named Botany Bay. And today, from our home in Mangrove Lane, we craft products to send from here all over the world.
I have to admit that there is no hardship in this as much of Botany Bay still flourishes, as it did 240 years ago. We like this about where we live, which is why so many natural waxes and sustainable materials feature in what we do. And while we realise there is a bit of a 'green boom' going on at present, we are doing this more because we just can't get our head around why would you want to do things any other way.
